Gilberto Bojaca is a certified sommelier and wine educator. He has held positions as wine director, cellar master, restaurant manager and sommelier in prestigious establishments including the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club in San Diego, the York Club, the Granite Club, and Park Plaza Hotel in Toronto. Gilberto is the Chair of
Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers (CAPS), Ontario chapter, the director on the national board and also a member of the Society of Wine Educators. He was also a founding member and past president of Sommelier Guild of Canada.
